The question this issue poses
A contractor that went from Rs 13.53 Cr of total income in FY24 to Rs 277.82 Cr in FY26 and is asking only 10.23-10.92x its pre-issue FY26 earnings - the discount makes sense once you see that the same FY26 which produced Rs 28.04 Cr of profit also produced minus Rs 46.85 Cr of operating cash flow.
IPOVista score
Every pillar opens to show the raw metric, the curve it was mapped through, the sub-score and its weight. Disagree with the weighting if you like — the arithmetic is all here.
IPOVista score
Growing and reasonably priced
80% of the scoring model was backed by disclosed data for Ravita, giving medium confidence. Weights for anything missing were redistributed rather than scored as zero.
Below the line: market sentiment. Capped at 8 of 100 points so a hot grey market can tilt a score but never carry one.

SME platform listing
SME issues trade in larger lot sizes with thinner volumes than mainboard listings, which makes exiting a position harder.
Grey market data is unofficial
GMP is an unregulated, unverifiable over-the-counter quote. It is shown as a sentiment indicator and carries no settlement guarantee.
The IPOVista Score is a transparent summary of disclosed fundamentals and issue terms. It is research, not investment advice, and it cannot predict listing performance.

The company
Founded 2007 · CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra · 399 employees
Ravita Engineering Services is an electro-mechanical contractor that designs, buys, installs and commissions cooling and air-handling systems for someone else's building or platform, then often stays on to run them. The work it calls EPIC - Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning - covers HVAC systems, central air-conditioning, airflow systems, chiller plants, industrial compressors and other electro-mechanical equipment, all on a turnkey basis. It runs three segments: Onshore (commercial buildings, hospitality, corporate parks and industrial facilities across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Odisha and Karnataka), Offshore (rigs, platforms and marine installations in Indian territorial waters), and Data Center (cooling and mechanical utilities, including work for Reliance Corporate IT Park). Incorporated in December 2007 and headquartered at CBD Belapur in Navi Mumbai, it employed 399 people as of 30 June 2026.
Project revenue recognised as turnkey contracts are executed, plus a longer-tailed operations and maintenance annuity on systems already installed. The order book of Rs 491.13 Cr at 30 June 2026 splits as Onshore Rs 243.43 Cr (EPIC Rs 143.49 Cr, O&M Rs 8.29 Cr, hybrid Rs 91.65 Cr), Data Center Rs 177.57 Cr (EPIC Rs 120 Cr, O&M Rs 57.57 Cr) and Offshore Rs 70.13 Cr (EPIC Rs 45.18 Cr, O&M Rs 24.95 Cr) - so roughly Rs 90.81 Cr of that book is recurring O&M rather than one-off build. The economics are contractor economics: Ravita procures equipment, carries the cost through installation and bills on milestones, which is why total income nearly tripled to Rs 277.82 Cr in FY26 while cash from operations went to minus Rs 46.85 Cr and trade receivables reached Rs 100.56 Cr by 30 June 2026. Growth therefore consumes working capital rather than releasing it, and Rs 70 Cr of the Rs 116.05 Cr issue is being raised to fund exactly that cycle.
What makes it hard to copy
It is qualified for work most onshore HVAC contractors cannot bid for: offshore projects executed across six rigs and sixteen associated platforms in Indian territorial waters, alongside a data centre O&M mandate at a Reliance Corporate IT Park facility in Navi Mumbai held since 2013-14.

The numbers
Revenue has compounded at 353.1% a year across the 3 reported financial years.
Figures in ₹ crore, as reported in the prospectus. Interim quarters are not annualised.
Profit and operating margin as a percentage of revenue
At each period end, in ₹ crore. Gearing below each period is borrowings over net worth, from these same figures.
Profit after tax and net cash from operating activities, in ₹ crore. The figure under each period is cash generated per ₹100 of profit.
Above 100% the business collects more cash than it books as profit. Persistently below it, growth is being funded out of working capital.
The price
Ratios as disclosed in the prospectus, calculated at the upper end of the price band. P/E is always shown on post-issue earnings so issues stay comparable with each other.

100% of the quantified proceeds is earmarked for growth; the rest repairs the balance sheet or is unallocated.
Demand
Subscription is hard exchange data. Grey-market premium is not — it is an unofficial quote, shown because readers want it and labelled because it deserves the label.
Cumulative bid multiples
Bidding has not opened yet, so there is no subscription data to show.
Premium quoted over the ₹112 cut-off price. Unofficial and unregulated — sentiment, not a forecast.
The grey market is an informal, unregulated market with no clearing house and no obligation to settle. A premium here does not guarantee a listing gain, and quotes can move sharply — this one ranged ₹4 to ₹4, a spread of ₹0, across the period shown.
Work it out
Three calculations, each stating the assumption it rests on.
Shares are applied for in whole lots at the cut-off price. The full amount is blocked in your bank account under ASBA, not debited, until allotment.
One lot is 1200 shares at ₹1,34,400. This issue requires a minimum of 2 lots, so the smallest application is ₹2,68,800. That already exceeds the ₹2,00,000 retail ceiling, so every application here bids into the non-institutional category — which is normal on the SME board. Since April 2022 that category is also allotted by draw of lots for the minimum application when it is oversubscribed, so the odds beside this apply much the same way.
Applying needs a demat account with a linked UPI ID, and the ₹2,68,800 is blocked rather than debited.

When the retail category is oversubscribed, SEBI requires a lottery for the minimum lot. Every application has the same chance, whatever its size.
Retail subscription figures are not available yet, so there is nothing to estimate from.
Arithmetic on an unofficial quote. The grey market has no clearing house and no obligation to settle — this is sentiment made numeric, not a forecast.

implied listing price, 3.6% over the cut-off
Grey-market premiums have historically moved sharply in the days before listing and have been wrong in both directions. Treat this figure as a measure of current enthusiasm, nothing more.
