The question this issue poses
A five-restaurant Punjabi chain confined to one city, earning 78.38% of its revenue through third-party delivery apps, asked ₹99 a share — 18.30× FY26 pre-issue earnings — to build a hotel-cum-banquet hall in Lonavala costing close to its entire ₹14.52 Cr net worth, and the question is whether a standalone business whose delivery line shrank in FY26 can carry a project of that size.
IPOVista score
Every pillar opens to show the raw metric, the curve it was mapped through, the sub-score and its weight. Disagree with the weighting if you like — the arithmetic is all here.
IPOVista score
Undemanding multiple for the margins
94% of the scoring model was backed by disclosed data for Pind Hospitality, giving high confidence. Weights for anything missing were redistributed rather than scored as zero.
Below the line: market sentiment. Capped at 8 of 100 points so a hot grey market can tilt a score but never carry one.

SME platform listing
SME issues trade in larger lot sizes with thinner volumes than mainboard listings, which makes exiting a position harder.

The company
Founded 2021 · Pune, Maharashtra · 135 employees
Pind Hospitality runs Punjabi restaurants in Pune under the brand "Pind Punjab", and sells most of its food through delivery apps rather than across a table. As at the date of the Red Herring Prospectus there were five restaurants, all on leave-and-licence premises in Pune — Hinjewadi, Kharadi, Viman Nagar, Eleven West (Panchshil) and Camp — of which the company itself operates Eleven West and Viman Nagar and the partnership firm Pind Punjab operates the other three. A sixth site at Baner was closed during FY26 when the licence was not renewed, and the fittings could not be moved to another restaurant. There is also a food counter at International Tech Park Pune, Kharadi. The menu is built around north Indian cuisine with combo meals and fixed-price vegetarian and non-vegetarian thalis, alongside about 200 added Chinese and Thai dishes. The RHP records 4.31 lakh, 4.30 lakh and 4.23 lakh orders served through food delivery apps in FY26, FY25 and FY24, an average bill of ₹445 in FY26, a cumulative delivery milestone of 550,000 orders on one third-party app, and recognition by Swiggy as a long-standing restaurant partner in Pune. The proceeds of this issue fund a seventh site of a different kind: a hotel-cum-banquet hall built in the style of a Punjabi haveli at Lonavala on the old Mumbai-Pune highway, 14,990 sq ft of ground floor for restaurant, ball room and banquet hall and 9,008 sq ft of first floor rooms, aimed at the destination-wedding and corporate-conference market and expected to open in the second quarter of FY27.
The restated accounts are standalone, and on that basis FY26 revenue from operations of ₹24.45 Cr came from exactly two sources: ₹19.16 Cr through third-party food delivery apps and ₹5.29 Cr of outdoor catering. Dine-in is largely not in this number — three of the five restaurants sit inside Pind Punjab, a partnership firm in which the company was admitted as a 97.50% partner in April 2024, and that firm reaches the profit and loss account only as a ₹42.70 lakh share of profits inside other income, which the issuer's own EBITDA definition then strips out. The mix moved sharply in FY26. Delivery-app revenue actually fell, from ₹1,929.20 lakh in FY25 to ₹1,916.48 lakh, taking the delivery share of revenue down from 86.40% in FY24 and 85.19% in FY25 to 78.38%; outdoor catering rose from ₹125.37 lakh to ₹528.61 lakh in a single year and supplied more than the whole of FY26's ₹180.53 lakh of revenue growth. A third line disappeared: sales of raw material to a related party were ₹218.23 lakh in FY24 and ₹209.99 lakh in FY25 and nil in FY26. Costs are rent, raw material and delivery-app commission, all of them on premises the company does not own, and 100% of revenue in each of the three reported years was earned in Pune. Capital has gone into the ground rather than into the restaurants: capital work-in-progress stood at ₹16.16 Cr at 31 March 2026, 42.8% of total assets of ₹37.72 Cr, against property, plant and equipment in use of ₹0.41 Cr.
What makes it hard to copy
Eight years of delivery-app trading history in one city, which the RHP cashes out as recognition by Swiggy as a long-standing restaurant partner in Pune, a cumulative 550,000 deliveries and a rise in customers billed through delivery apps from 0.96 lakh in FY22 to 4.31 lakh in FY26.

The numbers
Revenue has compounded at 8.5% a year across the 3 reported financial years.
Figures in ₹ crore, as reported in the prospectus. Interim quarters are not annualised.
Profit and operating margin as a percentage of revenue
At each period end, in ₹ crore. Gearing below each period is borrowings over net worth, from these same figures.
Profit after tax and net cash from operating activities, in ₹ crore. The figure under each period is cash generated per ₹100 of profit.
Above 100% the business collects more cash than it books as profit. Persistently below it, growth is being funded out of working capital.
The price
At the upper band this issue asks a 86.4% discount to the median P/E of the listed peers its own prospectus names.

Gearing at the latest balance-sheet date.
Asking P/E against operating margin. All marks are the same size — market capitalisation is not disclosed for every company here, and sizing only some of them would read as a measurement.
Peer companies are those named in the issuer's own prospectus. A higher position means better margins; further right means a more expensive multiple. Market capitalisation, where disclosed, is in the tooltip and the table.
The terms
100% of the money raised is fresh capital that goes to the company; the rest goes to shareholders selling down.

Work it out
Three calculations, each stating the assumption it rests on.
Shares are applied for in whole lots at the cut-off price. The full amount is blocked in your bank account under ASBA, not debited, until allotment.
One lot is 1200 shares at ₹1,18,800. This issue requires a minimum of 2 lots, so the smallest application is ₹2,37,600. That already exceeds the ₹2,00,000 retail ceiling, so every application here bids into the non-institutional category — which is normal on the SME board. Since April 2022 that category is also allotted by draw of lots for the minimum application when it is oversubscribed, so the odds beside this apply much the same way.
When the retail category is oversubscribed, SEBI requires a lottery for the minimum lot. Every application has the same chance, whatever its size.
~23%
chance of one lot, per application
This is an estimate of a lottery, not a prediction. Actual odds depend on the final basis of allotment, how many applications were at the minimum lot, and rejections for technical reasons. Applying from multiple distinct PANs is the only legitimate way to hold more tickets in that lottery.
This issue has listed, so there is a real number instead of a prediction. The grey-market premium is shown beside it for comparison.
