The question this issue poses
A debt-free Bengaluru IT-operations software company that grew revenue from operations 15.2% in FY26 while profit after tax fell 6.7% — the question is what ₹65.12 Cr of software revenue priced at 11.02× pre-issue FY26 earnings is worth when 56.48% of that revenue was recognised in a single quarter and receivables already take 249 days to collect.
IPOVista score
Every pillar opens to show the raw metric, the curve it was mapped through, the sub-score and its weight. Disagree with the weighting if you like — the arithmetic is all here.
IPOVista score
Undemanding multiple for the margins
96% of the scoring model was backed by disclosed data for EverestIMS, giving high confidence. Weights for anything missing were redistributed rather than scored as zero.
Below the line: market sentiment. Capped at 8 of 100 points so a hot grey market can tilt a score but never carry one.

SME platform listing
SME issues trade in larger lot sizes with thinner volumes than mainboard listings, which makes exiting a position harder.

The company
Founded 2017 · Bengaluru, Karnataka · 230 employees
EverestIMS Technologies sells the software an IT department uses to watch its own estate. Under the Infraon brand it offers one platform, Infraon Infinity, spanning IT service management (ticketing and incident management), IT infrastructure monitoring of network devices, servers and applications, AI for IT operations, network change and configuration management, IT asset management and operations support systems — capabilities a buyer would otherwise assemble from several separate tools. The same products are delivered two ways: as a subscription hosted on cloud infrastructure and reached through a browser, or installed on-premises inside the customer's own data centre where control and customisation matter more. Selling is split between a direct sales team in India and through the US subsidiary Infraon Corp, and a network of domestic and international channel partners, distributors and sales agents who find, qualify and close deals and then own the customer relationship; partners are trained free of charge. Targets are mid-market firms, large enterprises, telecom operators and government bodies. The company was incorporated in Bengaluru on 13 April 2017, set up Infraon Corp in Delaware in March 2021 to open international markets and begin SaaS product development, and had 230 employees on its payroll at 31 March 2026, 107 of them in engineering and 59 in customer success and support. It has won CMMI Level 3 compliance for software development and operates from three leased or co-working locations — the registered office at J.P. Nagar in Bengaluru, an office at Mahape in Navi Mumbai and one on MG Road in Gurgaon. It owns no premises.
Revenue is almost entirely domestic and almost entirely software. India supplied 93.92% of FY26 revenue from operations, with the UAE next at 4.68%; within India, Karnataka was 33.31%, Maharashtra 27.33% and Haryana 18.97%. Sale of software products was ₹50.06 Cr of the ₹65.12 Cr FY26 revenue from operations, services ₹9.81 Cr and a brand-new hardware line ₹5.25 Cr. The company has no borrowings at all — the capitalisation statement shows nil short-term and nil long-term debt at 31 March 2026, and the KPI table reports debt of nil in each of FY24, FY25 and FY26 — so the whole balance sheet is funded by retained profit and an equity base that is itself largely bonus shares. What the business consumes instead is working capital: trade receivables were ₹51.96 Cr at 31 March 2026 against ₹65.12 Cr of revenue from operations, and the receivable holding period lengthened from 205 days in FY24 to 220 in FY25 to 249 in FY26, which the RHP attributes to a deliberate shift toward large corporate contracts carrying milestone-based payment terms of 200 to 250 days. Billing is also severely back-loaded: 56.48% of FY26 revenue from operations was recognised in the January-March quarter and 0.57% in April-June. Twelve directors sit on the board, eight of them promoters holding near-identical stakes — seven at 9.64% each and Satish Kumar Vijayaragavan at 12.92% — with no controlling shareholder among them.
What makes it hard to copy
One integrated platform, Infraon Infinity, covering ITSM, ITIM, AIOps, NCCM, ITAM and OSS where a buyer would otherwise run several separate tools, sold through a channel-partner network the company trains and supports free of charge, and carrying CMMI Level 3 compliance for software development since 2023.

The numbers
Revenue has compounded at 20.0% a year across the 3 reported financial years.
Figures in ₹ crore, as reported in the prospectus. Interim quarters are not annualised.
Profit and operating margin as a percentage of revenue
At each period end, in ₹ crore. Gearing below each period is borrowings over net worth, from these same figures.
Profit after tax and net cash from operating activities, in ₹ crore. The figure under each period is cash generated per ₹100 of profit.
Above 100% the business collects more cash than it books as profit. Persistently below it, growth is being funded out of working capital.
The price
At the upper band this issue asks a 40.3% discount to the median P/E of the listed peers its own prospectus names.

The peer table does not carry both a P/E and an operating margin for enough companies to plot.
The terms
81% of the money raised is fresh capital that goes to the company; the rest goes to shareholders selling down.

100% of the quantified proceeds is earmarked for growth; the rest repairs the balance sheet or is unallocated.
Demand
Subscription is hard exchange data. Grey-market premium is not — it is an unofficial quote, shown because readers want it and labelled because it deserves the label.
Cumulative bid multiples at the end of day 4. Anchor allocations are excluded.
Hover or focus a category to see who bids in it.
A category subscribed above 1× is oversubscribed; allotment in that category then runs as a lottery or on a proportionate basis.
Anchor investors commit one working day before the issue opens and are locked in for 30 and 90 days. Who turns up here is the first real signal of institutional appetite.
Unofficial over-the-counter sentiment
No grey-market quotes have been recorded for this issue.
Outcome

Work it out
Three calculations, each stating the assumption it rests on.
Shares are applied for in whole lots at the cut-off price. The full amount is blocked in your bank account under ASBA, not debited, until allotment.
One lot is 1600 shares at ₹1,36,000. This issue requires a minimum of 2 lots, so the smallest application is ₹2,72,000. That already exceeds the ₹2,00,000 retail ceiling, so every application here bids into the non-institutional category — which is normal on the SME board. Since April 2022 that category is also allotted by draw of lots for the minimum application when it is oversubscribed, so the odds beside this apply much the same way.
When the retail category is oversubscribed, SEBI requires a lottery for the minimum lot. Every application has the same chance, whatever its size.
~0%
chance of one lot, per application
This is an estimate of a lottery, not a prediction. Actual odds depend on the final basis of allotment, how many applications were at the minimum lot, and rejections for technical reasons. Applying from multiple distinct PANs is the only legitimate way to hold more tickets in that lottery.
This issue has listed, so there is a real number instead of a prediction. The grey-market premium is shown beside it for comparison.

The paperwork
How these figures were checked
Reconciled to EverestIMS's own prospectus and to exchange disclosures, then cross-checked against 8 other independently published compilations of the same filing. Where a stated ratio disagreed with the line items it should come from, the disagreement was settled against the prospectus itself.
The prospectus is the authoritative document. Check anything that matters against it before you act.
