IPOVista score
How this issue scores, and why
Every pillar opens to show the raw metric, the curve it was mapped through, the sub-score and its weight. Disagree with the weighting if you like — the arithmetic is all here.
IPOVista score
A trade-off in both directions
56% of the scoring model was backed by disclosed data for CJ Darcl Logistics, giving low confidence. Weights for anything missing were redistributed rather than scored as zero.
How this score is builtBelow the line: market sentiment. Capped at 8 of 100 points so a hot grey market can tilt a score but never carry one.
The IPOVista Score is a transparent summary of disclosed fundamentals and issue terms. It is research, not investment advice, and it cannot predict listing performance.
The company
What the business actually does
Founded 1986 · Gurugram, Haryana · 6,155 employees · part of CJ Logistics Corporation, South Korea (KOSPI-listed) — corporate promoter, 55.96% pre-offer
CJ Darcl Logistics moves industrial freight around India for large corporate shippers. Its core business is integrated multimodal transportation — full truckload road haulage, rail container movement, coastal shipping, air cargo, project cargo and freight forwarding — which was 97.96% of revenue from operations in FY2025. A smaller warehousing and distribution arm operated 1.47 million sq ft as of 31 March 2026. Customers are metals, mining and coal, chemicals, engineering and construction, and FMCG companies; metals alone were 37.06% of multimodal revenue in FY2025 and the top ten customers 42.96% of total revenue. The 7 September 2026 addendum adds two newer lines: CJ Darcl Quick, a quick-commerce and D2C fulfilment unit that also runs franchised dark stores, and a FASTag issuance platform operated through subsidiary Transrail Logistics.
It sells freight capacity it largely does not own. Under an "asset-right" model it books loads from shippers and fulfils them through a vendor network of 560,893 business partners and 1,057,253 partnered vehicles (30 June 2026), keeping only 1,405 owned trucks and 333 leased ones for critical routes and specialised cargo. Bought-in haulage therefore dominates the cost base: cost of services was ₹5,150.77 crore against ₹5,680.20 crore of operating revenue in FY2026, or 90.7%, up from 90.2% in FY2025. That leaves an EBITDA margin of 4.81% in FY2026 (5.20% in FY2025), and profit fell to ₹86.73 crore on 10.06% revenue growth. ₹203.86 crore of fresh-issue proceeds is earmarked for owned trucks, which the company says carry higher margin per vehicle.

Work it out
What this means for one application
Three calculations, each stating the assumption it rests on.
What one application costs
Shares are applied for in whole lots at the cut-off price. The full amount is blocked in your bank account under ASBA, not debited, until allotment.
The lot size and price band are not fixed yet, so there is nothing to calculate.
Odds of getting an allotment
When the retail category is oversubscribed, SEBI requires a lottery for the minimum lot. Every application has the same chance, whatever its size.
Retail subscription figures are not available yet, so there is nothing to estimate from.
What the grey market implies
Arithmetic on an unofficial quote. The grey market has no clearing house and no obligation to settle — this is sentiment made numeric, not a forecast.
No grey-market quote has been recorded for this issue.
Our read
Easy to misread
Grounded only in figures disclosed in the prospectus. This is analysis, not a recommendation.
Easy to miss in the prospectus
- The offer shrank after the DRHP. The 7 September 2026 addendum records that Radhika Agarwal withdrew her consent on 28 July 2026, cutting the OFS from 9,905,355 to 9,875,355 shares and the total offer from 36,375,355 to 36,345,355. Trackers still carry the original figures.
- Press items describing a '₹340 crore fresh issue plus 54.31 lakh share OFS' are from February 2024 and belong to an earlier CJ Darcl filing (draft 3 October 2023, SEBI observations 31 January 2024) that did not proceed. They do not describe this offer.
- FY2026 revenue grew 10.06% but profit fell from ₹93.12 crore to ₹86.73 crore, as cost of services rose to 90.7% of operating revenue from 90.2%.

How these figures were checked
Reconciled to CJ Darcl Logistics's own prospectus and to exchange disclosures, then cross-checked against 3 other independently published compilations of the same filing. Where a stated ratio disagreed with the line items it should come from, the disagreement was settled against the prospectus itself.
