Broadly well-balanced
63% of the scoring model was backed by disclosed data for Annu Projects, giving medium confidence. Weights for anything missing were redistributed rather than scored as zero.

The company
What the business actually does
Founded 2003 · B-1, Plot No. 11, Local Shopping Complex, Vasant Kunj, South Delhi, New Delhi 110070, India · 469 employees
Annu Projects Limited is a New Delhi engineering, procurement and construction contractor that builds overhead and underground utility networks for government bodies and larger contractors. It runs four verticals: telecom infrastructure — surveying, designing and laying optical fibre cable plus tower and cabling work; sewerage infrastructure — pipe laying, manholes, sewage treatment plants and pumping stations; gas pipelines — MDPE pipe from 20 mm to 125 mm diameter and galvanised iron house connections; and railway signalling, where it won its first contract. Customers named in the prospectus include Bharat Sanchar Nigam, Bharat Broadband Network, GAIL (India), Indraprastha Gas, Gujarat Gas and G R Infraprojects. As on June 30, 2026 it employed 469 permanent staff and had 23 ongoing projects across eight states and one union territory.
Revenue is contract income from fixed-scope projects won mostly through competitive government tendering; government sector entities accounted for 57.09% of revenue from operations in Fiscal 2026. That revenue was ₹2,412.48 million, of which sewerage contributed 52.67% and telecom 41.50%. Costs are materials and bought-in construction work — construction expense of ₹1,072.88 million and material consumption of ₹464.61 million — leaving a 27.69% gross margin and a 20.81% EBITDA margin. The binding constraint is cash rather than margin: trade receivables ran to ₹1,567.70 million, or 237 receivable days against 163 a year earlier, and ₹1,150.00 million of issue proceeds was earmarked for working capital.

Percentages are of paid-up equity, and the “after” column assumes the offer is fully subscribed, which is how the offer document states it. This record does not disclose a pre- and post-issue share count, so the part of the company actually changing hands is not split out — everyone who is not a promoter is shown together.

What an allotment is worth now, before costs
Work it out
What this means for one application
Three calculations, each stating the assumption it rests on.
What one application costs
Shares are applied for in whole lots at the cut-off price. The full amount is blocked in your bank account under ASBA, not debited, until allotment.
- Shares applied for
- 151
- At cut-off price
- ₹99.00
- Amount blocked
- ₹14,949
One lot is 151 shares at ₹14,949. Retail applications are capped at ₹2,00,000, which allows up to 13 lots here — apply for more and you are bidding as a non-institutional investor instead.
Odds of getting an allotment
When the retail category is oversubscribed, SEBI requires a lottery for the minimum lot. Every application has the same chance, whatever its size.
~37%
chance of one lot, per application
- Retail subscription
- 2.68×
- Applicants per share available
- 2.7× the retail quota
This is an estimate of a lottery, not a prediction. Actual odds depend on the final basis of allotment, how many applications were at the minimum lot, and rejections for technical reasons. Applying from multiple distinct PANs is the only legitimate way to hold more tickets in that lottery.

Our read
The case for and against
Grounded only in figures disclosed in the prospectus. This is analysis, not a recommendation.
What works
- Revenue rose in both years the record can measure: from Rs 153.98 Cr in FY24 to Rs 180.07 Cr in FY25, a rise of 16.94%, and on to Rs 241.25 Cr in FY26, a rise of 33.98%.
- Profit after tax rose in both of those years too — Rs 17.39 Cr, Rs 21.10 Cr and Rs 33.03 Cr, up 21.33% and then 56.54%. The FY26 figure is 13.69% of that year's Rs 241.25 Cr of revenue, against 11.72% on Rs 180.07 Cr in FY25 and 11.29% on Rs 153.98 Cr in FY24.
- EBITDA was Rs 28.50 Cr on FY24 revenue of Rs 153.98 Cr, or 18.51%; Rs 32.19 Cr on Rs 180.07 Cr in FY25, or 17.88%; and Rs 50.19 Cr on Rs 241.25 Cr in FY26, or 20.80%. The record states a gross margin of 27.69% for Fiscal 2026.
- The whole Rs 175.06 Cr was a fresh issue, with the offer for sale at nil, and promoter holding is given as 89.11% before the issue and 65.05% after.
What to weigh against it
- The issue listed at Rs 72 against a band top of Rs 99, a listing change of -27.27%. It closed its first day at Rs 75.60, 5.00% above the Rs 72 listing price, and last traded at Rs 37.17 on 23 October 2026 — -62.45% against the band top and -48.38% against the listing price.
- Total borrowings were Rs 19.69 Cr in FY24, Rs 22.27 Cr in FY25 and Rs 52.54 Cr in FY26, rises of 13.10% and then 135.92%. Set against net worth, that is 0.29 times on Rs 68.93 Cr in FY24, 0.18 times on Rs 122.06 Cr in FY25 and 0.34 times on Rs 155.26 Cr in FY26.
- The record puts trade receivables at Rs 1,567.70 million (Rs 156.77 Cr) for Fiscal 2026, equal to 64.98% of that year's Rs 241.25 Cr of revenue from operations, at 237 receivable days against 163 a year earlier.
- Revenue from operations in Fiscal 2026 was 57.09% from government sector entities, and 94.17% of it came from two of the four verticals — sewerage at 52.67% and telecom at 41.50%.
Easy to miss in the prospectus
- Rs 1,150.00 million (Rs 115.00 Cr) of the Rs 175.06 Cr raised was earmarked for working capital, 65.69% of the issue, alongside the 237 receivable days the record gives for Fiscal 2026 against 163 a year earlier.
- Only the closing day of the book, 28 August 2026, is on record: QIB 1.72 times, NII 3.55 times, retail 2.68 times and 2.93 times overall. The record carries no earlier day-wise figures, no anchor book and no category allocation.
- The record holds no valuation metrics, no peer set and no pre- or post-issue share count, so no earnings multiple can be computed from it. The quoted price of Rs 37.17 is as of 23 October 2026.
