How this issue scores, and why

Every pillar opens to show the raw metric, the curve it was mapped through, the sub-score and its weight. Disagree with the weighting if you like — the arithmetic is all here.

IPOVista score 82 out of 100, graded Exceptional.

IPOVista score

Broadly well-balanced

63% of the scoring model was backed by disclosed data for Teamtech Formwork, giving medium confidence. Weights for anything missing were redistributed rather than scored as zero.

  • SME platform listing

SME issues trade in larger lot sizes with thinner volumes than mainboard listings, which makes exiting a position harder.

The company

What the business actually does

Founded 2017 · Hyderabad, Telangana · 100 employees

Teamtech Formwork Solutions makes, refurbishes and rents modular formwork — the reusable moulds that hold wet concrete in place until it sets and can carry its own load. It sells business-to-business to construction contractors and developers, supplying vertical modular "T" formwork panels in standard sizes plus customised panels designed for specific projects, together with design and technical support. Alongside new panel sales it reconditions used formwork so customers can extend its service life, and it rents panels to customers who would rather not buy them outright. Manufacturing runs from a roughly 10,000 sq ft plant at Bolaram near Hyderabad, and the company had 100 employees on its rolls at the time of the issue. Sales reached customers across Telangana, Odisha, Haryana, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Jharkhand and other states.

Revenue is mostly one-time panel sales: manufactured goods were 75.76% of the ₹53.66 Cr revenue from operations in FY26, with rental at 22.71% and refurbishment 0.74%. Materials dominate cost, at ₹23.82 Cr in FY26, and are either imported or bought domestically through third parties. The model is working-capital heavy, since panels are built and stocked ahead of orders, and output is capped: the facility's roughly 36,000 sq m of effective capacity was already largely utilised, which the issue's plant-and-machinery capex was meant to relieve. Demand is concentrated — the top five customers supplied about 72.65% of FY26 revenue.

Percentages are of paid-up equity, and the “after” column assumes the offer is fully subscribed, which is how the offer document states it. This record does not disclose a pre- and post-issue share count, so the part of the company actually changing hands is not split out — everyone who is not a promoter is shown together.

Subscription is hard exchange data. Grey-market premium is not — it is an unofficial quote, shown because readers want it and labelled because it deserves the label.

What an allotment is worth now, before costs

Work it out

What this means for one application

Three calculations, each stating the assumption it rests on.

What one application costs

Shares are applied for in whole lots at the cut-off price. The full amount is blocked in your bank account under ASBA, not debited, until allotment.

Lots
2 lots, 4000 shares, ₹2,52,000 blocked
Shares applied for
4,000
At cut-off price
₹63.00
Amount blocked
₹2,52,000

One lot is 2000 shares at ₹1,26,000. This issue requires a minimum of 2 lots, so the smallest application is ₹2,52,000. That is how the SME board is built rather than a quirk of this issue: the minimum application is set above the ₹2,00,000 that caps a retail bid on the mainboard — two lots rather than one. The smallest bid here still sits in the individual investors’ category, the one the subscription figures call retail, and when that category is oversubscribed the minimum application is allotted by draw of lots — so the odds beside this apply directly.

Odds of getting an allotment

When the retail category is oversubscribed, SEBI requires a lottery for the minimum lot. Every application has the same chance, whatever its size.

~16%

chance of one lot, per application

Retail subscription
6.10×
Applicants per share available
6.1× the retail quota

This is an estimate of a lottery, not a prediction. Actual odds depend on the final basis of allotment, how many applications were at the minimum lot, and rejections for technical reasons. Applying from multiple distinct PANs is the only legitimate way to hold more tickets in that lottery.

Our read

Easy to misread

Grounded only in figures disclosed in the prospectus. This is analysis, not a recommendation.

Easy to miss in the prospectus

  • FY26 PAT of ₹11.59 Cr is not comparable with FY25's ₹7.84 Cr. A Section 80-IAC startup deduction held the tax charge to ₹0.17 Cr in FY25 and ₹0.30 Cr in FY24; the RHP states the window for claiming it ended in FY2025. With a normal FY26 charge of ₹4.32 Cr, pre-tax profit went from ₹8.01 Cr to ₹15.91 Cr while PAT rose only to ₹11.59 Cr, and PAT margin fell from 23.96% to 21.60% even as EBITDA margin rose from 28.26% to 32.61%.
  • Revenue figures here are revenue from operations (FY26 ₹53.66 Cr). Several trackers print total income (FY26 ₹54.23 Cr), which includes ₹0.57 Cr of other income.

How these figures were checked

Reconciled to Teamtech Formwork's own prospectus and to exchange disclosures, then cross-checked against 6 other independently published compilations of the same filing. Where a stated ratio disagreed with the line items it should come from, the disagreement was settled against the prospectus itself.

The prospectus is the authoritative document. Check anything that matters against it before you act.
