How this issue scores, and why
Every pillar opens to show the raw metric, the curve it was mapped through, the sub-score and its weight. Disagree with the weighting if you like — the arithmetic is all here.
IPOVista score
Broadly well-balanced
63% of the scoring model was backed by disclosed data for Innovision, giving medium confidence. Weights for anything missing were redistributed rather than scored as zero.
How this score is builtBelow the line: market sentiment. Capped at 8 of 100 points so a hot grey market can tilt a score but never carry one.

What the business actually does
Founded 2007 · Registered office: 1/209, First Floor, Sadar Bazar, Delhi Cantt, Delhi 110010. Corporate office: Plot 251, Udyog Vihar Phase-4, Gurgaon, Haryana 122015. · 14,146 employees
Innovision Limited is a Delhi-headquartered outsourced services contractor running three lines of business. It supplies manpower — manned private security guards, integrated facility management staff, and sourced-and-payrolled workers — to clients in sectors including retail, healthcare and BFSI. It operates toll plazas for the National Highways Authority of India, collecting user fees from motorists at plazas won through competitive bidding. And it runs vocational skill-development training. Incorporated in January 2007 as SRT Innovision Services Private Limited, it started in manned private security, added skill development in Fiscal 2014 and toll plaza management in Fiscal 2019. As at January 15, 2026 it had 14,146 employees and 39 offices, with operations in 23 states and five union territories of India.
Revenue is contract fees for labour supplied plus toll collections retained. In Fiscal 2025 toll plaza management was 56.14% of revenue from operations — all of it from one client, NHAI — and manpower services 41.38%. Costs are largely pass-through: employee benefit expense ran 39.16% of total income, and direct expenses, mostly the committed bid amount remitted to NHAI within one to seven days of collection, 54.02%. Margins are thin — a 5.79% EBITDA margin on ₹893.13 crore of revenue from operations, PAT ₹29.02 crore. The RHP states the service model leaves very limited hard assets, capping further debt-raising capacity; borrowings stood at ₹79.05 crore at March 31, 2025.

Percentages are of paid-up equity, and the “after” column assumes the offer is fully subscribed, which is how the offer document states it. This record does not disclose a pre- and post-issue share count, so the part of the company actually changing hands is not split out — everyone who is not a promoter is shown together.

What an allotment is worth now, before costs
Work it out
What this means for one application
Three calculations, each stating the assumption it rests on.
What one application costs
Shares are applied for in whole lots at the cut-off price. The full amount is blocked in your bank account under ASBA, not debited, until allotment.
- Shares applied for
- 27
- At cut-off price
- ₹519.00
- Amount blocked
- ₹14,013
One lot is 27 shares at ₹14,013. Retail applications are capped at ₹2,00,000, which allows up to 14 lots here — apply for more and you are bidding as a non-institutional investor instead.
Odds of getting an allotment
When the retail category is oversubscribed, SEBI requires a lottery for the minimum lot. Every application has the same chance, whatever its size.
~100%
chance of one lot, per application
- Retail subscription
- 0.60×
- Applicants per share available
- 0.6× the retail quota
This is an estimate of a lottery, not a prediction. Actual odds depend on the final basis of allotment, how many applications were at the minimum lot, and rejections for technical reasons. Applying from multiple distinct PANs is the only legitimate way to hold more tickets in that lottery.

Our read
The case for and against
Grounded only in figures disclosed in the prospectus. This is analysis, not a recommendation.
What works
- Revenue rose 99.68% from Rs 255.57 Cr in FY23 to Rs 510.33 Cr in FY24, and a further 75.01% to Rs 893.13 Cr in FY25.
- Profit after tax rose 15.65% from Rs 8.88 Cr in FY23 to Rs 10.27 Cr in FY24, and 182.57% to Rs 29.02 Cr in FY25; EBITDA over the same three years was Rs 16.36 Cr, Rs 19.66 Cr and Rs 51.75 Cr, a rise of 20.17% and then 163.22%.
- Net worth increased in each year the record carries: Rs 40.26 Cr in FY23, Rs 52.35 Cr in FY24 (up 30.03%) and Rs 81.88 Cr in FY25 (up 56.41%).
- On the final bidding day, 17 March 2026, the QIB portion was subscribed 14.30 times and the NII portion 8.60 times.
What to weigh against it
- The record states that in Fiscal 2025 toll plaza management was 56.14% of revenue from operations — all of it from one client, NHAI — and manpower services 41.38%, the two together accounting for 97.52% of revenue from operations.
- EBITDA margin was 6.40% in FY23 (Rs 16.36 Cr on revenue of Rs 255.57 Cr), 3.85% in FY24 (Rs 19.66 Cr on Rs 510.33 Cr) and 5.79% in FY25 (Rs 51.75 Cr on Rs 893.13 Cr). The record states that employee benefit expense ran at 39.16% of total income and direct expenses — mostly the committed bid amount remitted to NHAI within one to seven days of collection — at 54.02%, together 93.18%.
- Total borrowings rose in each year on record, from Rs 33.34 Cr at FY23 to Rs 48.15 Cr at FY24 (up 44.42%) and Rs 79.05 Cr at FY25 (up 64.17%); set against net worth of Rs 40.26 Cr, Rs 52.35 Cr and Rs 81.88 Cr, that is a debt-to-equity ratio of 0.83, 0.92 and 0.97 in those three years. The record reports that the RHP states the service model leaves very limited hard assets, capping further debt-raising capacity.
- The shares listed at Rs 467.7 against a band top of Rs 519, a listing gain of -9.88%, closed the first day at Rs 374.2 (19.99% below the listing price) and last traded at Rs 189.65 on 23 October 2026 — 63.46% below the band top and 49.32% below the first-day close.
Easy to miss in the prospectus
- The record's source list cites a price-band cut and bid-period extension, naming an original band of Rs 521-548 and an original close of 12 March 2026, against the Rs 494-519 band and 17 March 2026 close the record itself carries.
- The record holds no valuation block, no post-issue share count and no allocation split, so no earnings multiple at the Rs 494-519 band can be derived from it; a reader wanting one must go back to the RHP.
- Only one subscription snapshot is on record — day 6, 17 March 2026 — so the day-wise build-up of the book cannot be read from it, and anchor, GMP, peer and offer-object fields are all empty.
