IPOVista score
How this issue scores, and why
Every pillar opens to show the raw metric, the curve it was mapped through, the sub-score and its weight. Disagree with the weighting if you like — the arithmetic is all here.
IPOVista score
Broadly well-balanced
63% of the scoring model was backed by disclosed data for Autofurnish, giving medium confidence. Weights for anything missing were redistributed rather than scored as zero.
How this score is builtBelow the line: market sentiment. Capped at 8 of 100 points so a hot grey market can tilt a score but never carry one.

SME platform listing
SME issues trade in larger lot sizes with thinner volumes than mainboard listings, which makes exiting a position harder.
The IPOVista Score is a transparent summary of disclosed fundamentals and issue terms. It is research, not investment advice, and it cannot predict listing performance.
The company
What the business actually does
Founded 2012 · New Delhi, Delhi, India · 40 employees
Autofurnish Limited designs, manufactures and sells automotive accessories from premises at Udyog Nagar, Peeragarhi, in west Delhi. Its core products are body covers and multi-layered 7D and 9D foot mats for cars and two-wheelers, alongside seat covers and scooter mats, sold under the Autofurnish and Mototrance brands. The parent company sells business-to-business, to accessory distributors and dealers, and the prospectus states its entire revenue was derived from that segment. Its wholly owned subsidiary Golden Mace Private Limited handles the consumer side, trading the same category on Flipkart, Amazon, Zepto and its own website. The customer count rose from roughly 53 in FY24 to roughly 106 in FY25. The company had 40 employees on payroll as of 31 March 2026.
Two streams: goods Autofurnish stitches itself and goods it buys and resells. In FY25 manufactured goods brought Rs 2,433.55 lakh of Rs 3,336.01 lakh of operating revenue, traded goods Rs 871.86 lakh, and e-commerce portal support services Rs 30.60 lakh. Inputs dominate cost — materials consumed Rs 1,969.90 lakh and purchases of stock-in-trade Rs 557.98 lakh, against total expenses of Rs 2,905.05 lakh, for a 15.30% EBITDA margin. The structural constraint is working capital. At 31 December 2025 inventories stood at Rs 1,513.55 lakh and trade receivables at Rs 1,158.98 lakh against borrowings of Rs 1,062.98 lakh, and Rs 930.00 lakh of the Rs 1,460.01 lakh raised was earmarked for working capital.

Hover or focus a segment to see who it is. The two bars are the same company, measured before and after the offer.
Percentages are of paid-up equity, and the “after” column assumes the offer is fully subscribed, which is how the offer document states it. This record does not disclose a pre- and post-issue share count, so the part of the company actually changing hands is not split out — everyone who is not a promoter is shown together.

What the market is bidding
Subscription is hard exchange data. Grey-market premium is not — it is an unofficial quote, shown because readers want it and labelled because it deserves the label.
Subscription by category
Cumulative bid multiples at the end of day 3. Anchor allocations are excluded.

A category subscribed above 1× is oversubscribed; allotment in that category then runs as a lottery or on a proportionate basis.

What an allotment is worth now, before costs
Work it out
What this means for one application
Three calculations, each stating the assumption it rests on.
What one application costs
Shares are applied for in whole lots at the cut-off price. The full amount is blocked in your bank account under ASBA, not debited, until allotment.
- Shares applied for
- 6,000
- At cut-off price
- ₹41.00
- Amount blocked
- ₹2,46,000
One lot is 3000 shares at ₹1,23,000. This issue requires a minimum of 2 lots, so the smallest application is ₹2,46,000. That is how the SME board is built rather than a quirk of this issue: the minimum application is set above the ₹2,00,000 that caps a retail bid on the mainboard — two lots rather than one. The smallest bid here still sits in the individual investors’ category, the one the subscription figures call retail, and when that category is oversubscribed the minimum application is allotted by draw of lots — so the odds beside this apply directly.
Odds of getting an allotment
When the retail category is oversubscribed, SEBI requires a lottery for the minimum lot. Every application has the same chance, whatever its size.
~86%
chance of one lot, per application
- Retail subscription
- 1.16×
- Applicants per share available
- 1.2× the retail quota
This is an estimate of a lottery, not a prediction. Actual odds depend on the final basis of allotment, how many applications were at the minimum lot, and rejections for technical reasons. Applying from multiple distinct PANs is the only legitimate way to hold more tickets in that lottery.

Our read
Easy to misread
Grounded only in figures disclosed in the prospectus. This is analysis, not a recommendation.
Easy to miss in the prospectus
- The fourth financial row is a nine-month stub to 31 December 2025, not a full year, and is not comparable with the FY rows above it. The prospectus's own "growth in revenue from operations" of -15.19% for that period is an artefact of comparing nine months against a full year, not a decline in trade.
- FY24 shows nil cost of materials consumed because in-house manufacturing was suspended that year and production was outsourced under an MOU with Shahprut Corporation, which also bore rent and production costs. FY24 revenue is therefore mostly traded goods (Rs 1,190.77 lakh of Rs 1,591.00 lakh) and employee benefits expense collapsed to Rs 2.86 lakh from Rs 119.28 lakh in FY23. Manufacturing resumed afterwards, so the FY23-FY24-FY25 cost structure is not a like-for-like series.
- FY25 profit is struck after Rs 52.29 lakh of other income and Rs 10.04 lakh of exceptional items, against other income of Rs 1.42 lakh in FY24 and Rs 1.15 lakh in FY23. The FY25 PAT step-up is not purely operating.

How these figures were checked
Reconciled to Autofurnish's own prospectus and to exchange disclosures, then cross-checked against 8 other independently published compilations of the same filing. Where a stated ratio disagreed with the line items it should come from, the disagreement was settled against the prospectus itself.
