IPOVista score
How this issue scores, and why
Every pillar opens to show the raw metric, the curve it was mapped through, the sub-score and its weight. Disagree with the weighting if you like — the arithmetic is all here.
IPOVista score
Broadly well-balanced
51% of the scoring model was backed by disclosed data for Social Worth (Fibe), giving low confidence. Weights for anything missing were redistributed rather than scored as zero.
How this score is builtBelow the line: market sentiment. Capped at 8 of 100 points so a hot grey market can tilt a score but never carry one.

Leveraged balance sheet
Debt-to-equity of 1.6× leaves limited headroom if demand softens or rates rise.

The company
What the business actually does
Founded 2015 · Pune, Maharashtra · 1,149 employees
Fibe, operated by Social Worth Technologies, is a Pune-based digital consumer lender. Lending is carried out by its NBFC subsidiary, EarlySalary Services, and sourced through Fibe's mobile app, digital platforms and distribution partners. It makes two kinds of loans: unsecured personal loans, and purpose-driven financing — instalment credit arranged at the point of purchase for university and upskilling fees, insurance premiums, hospital, dental and dermatology treatment, rooftop solar, travel and e-commerce. Personal loans were 77.38% of its Rs 8,602.74 crore assets under management at 31 March 2026, point-of-purchase credit 22.62%, sourced across 10,387 merchant touchpoints. Borrowers are middle-income salaried customers with a median age of 31 and average monthly income of Rs 37,083; 90.71% had a CIBIL score of 700 or above. It had 1,267,379 active borrowers.
Revenue is interest on loans (Rs 1,023.17 crore of FY26's Rs 1,584.55 crore), fees and commissions (Rs 393.59 crore) and guarantee premium (Rs 146.33 crore) earned on loans co-lent with partners. The holding company carries no debt; all borrowing sits in the NBFC subsidiary — term loans, NCDs (about 47% of its borrowings) and pass-through certificates — at an average cost of 10.63% in FY26, against a 17.38% net interest margin. Ten co-lending institutions fund up to 90% of each loan, holding leverage to 1.63x. The binding constraint is credit loss: FY26 impairment of Rs 420.00 crore exceeded finance costs of Rs 288.28 crore; gross stage 3 loans were 1.20%.

Subscription is hard exchange data. Grey-market premium is not — it is an unofficial quote, shown because readers want it and labelled because it deserves the label.

Work it out
What this means for one application
Three calculations, each stating the assumption it rests on.
What one application costs
Shares are applied for in whole lots at the cut-off price. The full amount is blocked in your bank account under ASBA, not debited, until allotment.
The lot size and price band are not fixed yet, so there is nothing to calculate.
Odds of getting an allotment
When the retail category is oversubscribed, SEBI requires a lottery for the minimum lot. Every application has the same chance, whatever its size.
Retail subscription figures are not available yet, so there is nothing to estimate from.
What the grey market implies
Arithmetic on an unofficial quote. The grey market has no clearing house and no obligation to settle — this is sentiment made numeric, not a forecast.
No grey-market quote has been recorded for this issue.
Our read
Easy to misread
Grounded only in figures disclosed in the prospectus. This is analysis, not a recommendation.
Easy to miss in the prospectus
- EBITDA is a non-GAAP measure the DRHP itself discloses, and for a lender it adds back finance cost — the main cost of producing the revenue. FY26 EBITDA of Rs 647.78 crore sits above finance costs of Rs 288.28 crore and impairment of Rs 420.00 crore; read it alongside net interest margin (17.38%), not as an operating margin.
- FY26 PAT of Rs 257.47 crore is after an exceptional item of Rs 33.36 crore (perquisite tax paid by the company on behalf of the founders). Before that item, restated profit was Rs 290.83 crore. FY25 and FY24 carry no exceptional item, so the FY25-to-FY26 growth rate differs depending on which line is used.

How these figures were checked
Reconciled to Social Worth (Fibe)'s own prospectus and to exchange disclosures, then cross-checked against 3 other independently published compilations of the same filing. Where a stated ratio disagreed with the line items it should come from, the disagreement was settled against the prospectus itself.
