How this issue scores, and why

Every pillar opens to show the raw metric, the curve it was mapped through, the sub-score and its weight. Disagree with the weighting if you like — the arithmetic is all here.

IPOVista score 60 out of 100, graded Balanced.

IPOVista score

A trade-off in both directions

63% of the scoring model was backed by disclosed data for PAN HR Solution, giving medium confidence. Weights for anything missing were redistributed rather than scored as zero.

  • SME platform listing

SME issues trade in larger lot sizes with thinner volumes than mainboard listings, which makes exiting a position harder.

The company

What the business actually does

Founded 2015 · Noida, Uttar Pradesh · 10,552 employees

PAN HR Solution Limited is a Noida-based staffing contractor that supplies blue-collar and support workers to other companies on a B2B basis. Clients outsource hiring and workforce administration to it: the company sources candidates, carries them on its own payroll, deploys them at client sites, and handles payroll processing, statutory compliance and compliance audits. Alongside staffing it provides facility management and e-commerce logistics manpower. The workers it places range from unskilled to skilled blue-collar roles, and its customers sit in e-commerce, logistics, manufacturing and information technology. The company reports a presence across 23 states, with revenue concentrated in Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. As on 30 November 2025 it had 178 core employees and 10,374 deployed non-core workers.

Revenue is the fee billed to clients for workers deployed, so it scales with headcount on contract rather than with pricing. The dominant cost is paying those same workers: cost of services was Rs 266.36 crore of Rs 283.69 crore total revenue in FY25, leaving an EBITDA margin of 2.42% and a PAT margin of 1.77%. Margins that thin make working capital the binding constraint, since wages are paid before clients settle, and Rs 9.75 crore of the fresh issue was earmarked for working capital. Customer concentration is the other constraint: the top five customers were 95.61% of revenue in the eight months to 30 November 2025.

Percentages are of paid-up equity, and the “after” column assumes the offer is fully subscribed, which is how the offer document states it. This record does not disclose a pre- and post-issue share count, so the part of the company actually changing hands is not split out — everyone who is not a promoter is shown together.

Subscription is hard exchange data. Grey-market premium is not — it is an unofficial quote, shown because readers want it and labelled because it deserves the label.

What an allotment is worth now, before costs

Work it out

What this means for one application

Three calculations, each stating the assumption it rests on.

What one application costs

Shares are applied for in whole lots at the cut-off price. The full amount is blocked in your bank account under ASBA, not debited, until allotment.

Lots
2 lots, 3200 shares, ₹2,49,600 blocked
Shares applied for
3,200
At cut-off price
₹78.00
Amount blocked
₹2,49,600

One lot is 1600 shares at ₹1,24,800. This issue requires a minimum of 2 lots, so the smallest application is ₹2,49,600. That is how the SME board is built rather than a quirk of this issue: the minimum application is set above the ₹2,00,000 that caps a retail bid on the mainboard — two lots rather than one. The smallest bid here still sits in the individual investors’ category, the one the subscription figures call retail, and when that category is oversubscribed the minimum application is allotted by draw of lots — so the odds beside this apply directly.

Odds of getting an allotment

When the retail category is oversubscribed, SEBI requires a lottery for the minimum lot. Every application has the same chance, whatever its size.

~11%

chance of one lot, per application

Retail subscription
8.99×
Applicants per share available
9.0× the retail quota

This is an estimate of a lottery, not a prediction. Actual odds depend on the final basis of allotment, how many applications were at the minimum lot, and rejections for technical reasons. Applying from multiple distinct PANs is the only legitimate way to hold more tickets in that lottery.

Our read

Easy to misread

Grounded only in figures disclosed in the prospectus. This is analysis, not a recommendation.

Easy to miss in the prospectus

  • The 30 November 2025 column is an eight-month stub period (1 April to 30 November 2025), not a year. Its PAT of Rs 5.13 crore already exceeds the full FY25 PAT of Rs 5.02 crore, so reading it beside the annual rows overstates the step-up; its revenue of Rs 153.99 crore is likewise not comparable to the annual figures.
  • Equity share capital jumped from Rs 2.16 lakh at 31 March 2025 to Rs 541.11 lakh at 30 November 2025 on a bonus issue. Per-share figures therefore break mid-series: the restated P&L shows FY25 basic EPS of Rs 2,552.05 pre-bonus against Rs 10.17 after considering the bonus shares. Only the post-bonus series is comparable across periods.
  • FY24 EBITDA of Rs 5.19 crore is lower than FY23's Rs 5.37 crore even though revenue from operations rose from Rs 256.10 crore to Rs 281.08 crore, so the EBITDA series is not monotonic with revenue.

How these figures were checked

Reconciled to PAN HR Solution's own prospectus and to exchange disclosures, then cross-checked against 5 other independently published compilations of the same filing. Where a stated ratio disagreed with the line items it should come from, the disagreement was settled against the prospectus itself.

The prospectus is the authoritative document. Check anything that matters against it before you act.
